Weight Loss Decreases 66 Pon because Often Eat, How come? - Reducing food intake is believed to be a powerful way to lose weight. However, the experience of a fitness influencer named Briana Shaffer actually says otherwise. His weight dropped because he often ate.

Briana's body weighs almost 198 pon in September 2015. Now, the female body from California, United States, is 66 pons lighter.





When I turned 21 the weight really started to pile on. I had to have a drink every single time I went out to dinner or functions. I still drink alcohol to this day..but more in moderation. When you look at this photo I don’t want you to think..”I need to be skinnier” or “I’m not good enough”. This transformation is SO MUCH MORE than weight loss. The biggest transformation I’ve ever made is the one with my mind. Back then, I HATED having my photo taken. I lacked so much confidence and self love. I had a hard time leaving the house. I was mentally unhealthy. BUT I was also physically unhealthy for my body type. I would take showers and feel horrible back pain. For weeks my stomach would hurt, my hair would be extremely greasy, my skin felt different..and the list goes on. 🙈 - Now, at 25 I feel younger than I ever have haha I have a hard time believing in this old. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When I was 21, I was unmotivated, constantly tired, and insanely unhappy that it breaks my heart to think about. This journey has done so much more for me than weight loss. It’s given me my life back..and a better, unimaginable life that I never thought I could have. 💘 #weightlosstransformation

Regular physical exercise such as lifting weights and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the keys to Briana's success in losing weight. The ritual is also balanced with a diet that is somewhat different from the ideal diet.

Instead of eating three times a day, Briana actually increases the frequency of eating. From three times, to five to six meals a day. But with a note, the portion of food is reduced. Briana had time to share these tips and tips on Instagram and YouTube.




Had the biggest launch of my career. Every time I launch its so much fun and trust me..I’ve had launches where I’ve completely failed and cried myself to sleep. With this diet, said Keri, one can avoid a passionate appetite as a cause of overeating, as long as the menu is healthy. Keri recommends foods that are rich in unsaturated proteins and fats such as avocados and nuts, and fibrous foods.
